That's why we have the following policy in place:

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason, including change of mind. Therefore, please take the time to carefully pick your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange.

We will then arrange for a pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of defective items or items that do not match your order.

We do not entertain return or refund requests.
